A Contest

I am offering a contest. The rules are simple: post a comment and guess which and how many of the photos below are taken of Amish homes. I have labeled them, for easy reference below each photo.

The first person to guess correctly which and how many of these photos are of Amish homes will win a mini Cape Cod, handcrafted by my husband, David. Below is a photo of it.

    1, 5 and 7? This is pretty hard on a few of the pictures and I started thinking in "stereotypes."

    Hrm. This is fun. 1, 2, 3 and 6. Though I question
    3 as I am curious if those are power lines running through the picture or not.

    I'm going to be wild and crazy and say...ALL of them. I don't, however, really participate in giveaways, etc., so don't count this as an entry. The REAL reason I'm commenting is that I see on your sidebar that you will be coming my way! I could easily go to Perryville Chesapeake City, and of course, Dover, DE is just down the road from me! I will definitely be at one of these events. How exciting is this?!

    1, 3, 6, and 7 are Amish. Is my guess.

    I would like to say all of them, but question 2, 4, and 5.

    Hmmm, silly me is thinking they are all Amish ... I have never been to Amish country, so I can say that more easily, isn't it? ;)
    I have to add that the electric wires on photo 3 are the neighbours' wires ...
    I love that chicken coop, by the way. Beautiful pictures!

    Sprouting Acorn, I am so sorry that I missed your first response and several others... they are now posted in the order they were sent.

    Google sometimes groups emails together, and sometimes not. I missed four from yesterday because of that. My apologies.
